Mark SallingFormer Glee actor Mark Salling has been arrested for possession of child pornography.

He was taken into custody on Tuesday after a search warrant was served by Los Angeles Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Unit at his apartment in Sunland.

The 33-year-old actor is currently being held in downtown Los Angeles and his bail is held at $20,000.

Mark is best known for playing Noah “Puck” Puckerman on Glee for six seasons.

This isn’t the actor’s first brush with the law. In 2013, his former girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela filed a sexual battery and assault lawsuit against him during a 2011 incident.

Although he denied the claim, when the lawsuit was settled in March this year, he was ordered to pay Roxanne $2.7m.
