Hayden Christensen & Rachel Bilson engaged

Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson are engaged, according to the New York Post‘ s gossip column, Page Six. Bilson formerly dated her The O.C. co-star and onscreen love interest Adam Brody for two years, but they split in 2006. She met Christensen, who rose to fame in the Stars Wars movies, when they co-starred in Jumper (2008). According to Page Six, a source spotted Bilson with her mother on a Virgin America flight from LA to NYC. “A man sitting in front of her on the plane saw a ring on her finger and asked if she was married,” said the witness, who overheard Bilson reply, “I’m not married yet, just engaged. I know I look like I’m 15, but I’m actually 27.” Christensen, also 27, is a Canadian actor who was born in Vancouver and raised in the Toronto area. The two recently spent some time in Uxbridge, just north of Toronto, where Christensen is building a farm home. A date has not yet been set for the wedding.

Great news!! I hope Hayden and Rachel have a long and happy life together. He has been a favourite since I saw him in Star Wars – I am a Star Wars fan(atic) – where he did such an excellent job portraying Anakin Skywalker on his doomed path. The fact he is Canadian doesn’t hurt either.
she seems like a great person. but i’m not a fan of her as an actor. i don;t think she’s tha good :S but i DO like Hayden Christensen. the boy can act. i’m glad he hasn’t gone all hollywood.

We’ve known this news for a while… one of our friend’s from Mississauga is good friends with Rachel’s family… We were all anticipating the announcement on Entertainment Tonight… It took long enough!
