Heather Locklear rushed to hospital

Melrose Place star Heather Locklear was rushed to hospital after her sister placed a frantic call to 911. When emergency crews arrived at her California home, they found she’d consumed a dangerous concoction of prescription meds and alcohol and rushed her to Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks. Locklear is reportedly doing fine and is expected to be released from the hospital over the weekend. While there has been no word on whether it was an accident or something more, a source told Radar Online that Locklear was “distraught over her relationship with Jack (Wagner), it is on and off and it has upset her lately.” The actress and her former Melrose Place co-star Jack Wagner announced their engagement this past August after a tumultuous four years of dating but called it off three months later because they decided it was best for their own families.
This isn’t the first time Locklear has had personal issues. In 2008, her doctor called 911 because he was worried about her state of mind but paramedics arrived to find that she was okay. She ended up checking herself into a clinic several months later for anxiety and depression. Later that year, she was arrested on suspicion of drunk-driving but her lawyers argued that it was the anti-psychotic meds she was on that affected her driving ability. She walked away with a $700 fine and three years probation.
