Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie are trying to co-parent ''peacefully.'' The 26-year-old actress, who recently hinted she is trying to work things out with her husband after they announced their separation in January, insists they are putting their two-year-old son Luca's needs first. Talking to Us Weekly, she said: ''We're really good friends and spend a lot of time together. We're just trying to figure out what makes us happy, but we have Luca as our priority. We're going to do it in the most peaceful way.'' Meanwhile, Hilary says their two-year-old is keeping them on their toes. She explained: ''Luca's two, so he has a strong personality. He's spirited. That's a good word for him. He's talking a lot and trying to put words together, which is a big deal. But sometimes he does test me. I have a toddler bed on order, but he's already jumping out of his crib! I hear a thud and I'm like, OK, he tossed himself out. He's so funny. I say, 'What are you doing?' And he's trying not to smile because he knows it's kind of naughty."

People who want to put their child first don’t get divorced. Divorce destroys children. It affects their future and their trust in the opposite sex. Get counselling, get mature and stay together. That’s what you do when you have kids.
Exactly. I agree with you with everything. Divorce destroys children. Co-parenting with Mike Comrie is ok idea. Hilary Duff doesn’t have to get back with her husband Mike Comrie. He wasn’t into the marriage so why try to work things out with him. I think Hilary Duff should seperate from Mike Comrie. Sport guys are no good with there woman. They use woman to get what they want then afterwards they dump them like trash. My advice is watch out for some sport guys when you are dating them.

putting your children first is what destroys a marriage.
a marriage is between two people. what they need to do is put each other first. then their marriage can be worked on and survive and the child will then benefit from that.
That’s an idiotic thing to say. Its much more harmful for a child to grow up in a loveless home. I would rather them know they are loved from 2 different homes than feel stuck in the middle of a mess all the time.
