Idris Elba collaborates with Superdry

Actor Idris Elba is collaborating with Superdry to design a clothing line, which will be sold online and in stores worldwide starting in November.
Idris, who was named one of GQ’s 50 best-dressed British men this year, designed the collection alongside Superdry co-founders James Holder and Julian Dunkerton (all three pictured at left), as well as being the spokesperson for the line.
Holder and Dunkerton said, “We are really excited about the opportunity to work with Idris to develop a new range that everyone will enjoy wearing. He (Idris) appeals to men and women of all ages and we can’t wait to capture his energy and translate it into fantastic product.”
As for Idris, the Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom star commented, “I’ve been a huge fan of Superdry for many years. The chance to become closely involved with such an iconic brand is a great opportunity and I am really looking forward to bringing my line to life for Superdry’s customers around the world.” ~Maria-Josee Martinez
