James Woods gets justice

James Woods has finally reached a settlement in the lawsuit he filed against Kent Hospital in Rhode Island, where his younger brother, Michael, died in 2006.  Woods sued for malpractice following his brother’s heart attack at the age of 49. Woods claimed doctors did not do everything in their power to save him. The judge dismissed the case when hospital officials admitted to making errors when treating Michael. They also promised to open an institute in the late man’s name and to pay $1.25 million to reduce medical errors and improve the hospital’s health services. James Woods was in tears when he addressed the media about the court’s ruling, according to FemaleFirst. “It was all I ever needed to see, one human being saying to another human being ‘I’m sorry for your loss.’ It makes it possible for me to go to my brother’s grave and ask if I’ve done the right thing,” stated the actor. ~Patricia Gougeon

I know his brother would be very proud of James for not letting this type of behaviour continue!!!This action that James took will definitely save others lives, and perhaps will get Doctors to remember the oath they took, that being, to save their patients.I BELIEVE THAT MOST DOCTORS HAVE FORGOTTEN THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!!!!,THEY WORK FOR US.!!!!!BLESS YOU JAMES.MAY YOUR BROTHER NOW R.I.P.
