Jennifer Lopez receives Hollywood Walk of Fame star

Jennifer Lopez, 43, has conquered Hollywood for everything from acting (The Wedding Planner, What To Expect When You’re Expecting) to producing (DanceLife, Feel the Noise) to dancing. It’s clear she’s extremely talented, but one thing fans can’t forget are her powerful vocals and award-winning music. The entertainer has released an impressive seven studio albums, five compilation albums, 37 singles and seven promotional singles since beginning her music career in 1999. There’s no denying ‘Jenny from the Block’ has had a lasting impact on the music industry, and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has taken notice, awarding her with a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She was joined at the ceremony by her five-year-old twins, Max and Emme, her boyfriend Casper Smart, Monster-in-Law co-star Jane Fonda and music collaborator Pitbull. Jennifer thanked her fans during an emotional speech, saying: “I love you, thank you so much for going on this journey with me. This landmark moment inspires me to work harder and dream bigger for all that is the future. I hope you feel as I do that it was all worth it, and I hope that I have touched your hearts even in a small way. I really am overwhelmed. This all feels, I don’t know, kind of surreal, but so real.
