Jesse James & Sandra BullockJesse James, who is married to Sandra Bullock, wants it to be clear that his wife is not a part of his current custody battle for his five-year-old daughter, Sunny. James, who stars in television’s Monster Garage, is fighting his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, for custody of the little girl.  In an interview with Good Morning America, Lindemulder claimed that Bullock was trying to steal her daughter. James’ lawyer Marilyn Slifman told People that Lindemulder’s account was both inaccurate and unfortunate. “Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation. Mr. James’s sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom,” stated the attorney. Bullock and James have had custody of the girl since January, when Lindemulder, the star of more than 100 adult films, was sent to jail for fraud. The two celebrities have already informed the judge of their concerns for the little girl’s safety, noting the mother’s drug problems.

Based on what has been in the media, I think full custody should go to Jesse & Sandra with visitation from the mom. I think this due to her incarceration, her profession and her drug use.

Agreed, mandee, she seems more genuine than most people in Hollywood. Kind of reminds me of Tom Hanks, you get the feeling that they are as they appear to be, not fake at all. I think she’d be good for this child, and from the sounds of it, the mother isn’t good for her.

Assuming that this case has been portrayed to be accurate in the media the outcome of this ‘trial’ will be an easy win for Jessie.

Past that what other dad could build his daughter a custom built bike for her birthday? Barbie bike with spinners?

    Ahh…What would Ken say?
