Even though the late Michael Jackson‘s father was omitted from his son’s will, Joe Jackson put in a claim for financial assistance stating that his son was supporting him. But according to the latest hearing, Joe Jackson does not stand to inherit anything.
A Los Angeles judge hearing Joe’s claim to his son’s multi-million dollar estate ruled that Joe has no grounds to prolong the legal battle and would gain nothing from doing so. “I don’t think he gets to step into this and create further litigation,” the judge declared. “Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made.”

I thought it was just reported a couple weeks or so ago that this guy owns his own recording company or whatever and he was talking about signing at least one of Michael’s children to a record deal..?

This poor excuse for a father doesn’t deserve a dime. Sure he got his son’s to make a band and become famous, but he got enough of their money then. Micheal HATED him and didn’t leave him anything and that’s the way it should stay.
