John Travolta lawsuit dismissed

By Tribute on September 28, 2012 | 6 Comments

John Travolta has won a lawsuit filed against him in Los Angeles Supreme Court by Robert Randolph, the author of the tell-all book “You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again,” which claimed the actor has been a regular at gay bathhouses for years. Following the release of the book, Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer fired off a letter that said Randoph had mental problems and that his book was nothing but lies. Randolph brought a suit against Travolta and Singer, but the judge who heard the case yesterday dismissed the charges, saying the letter Singer wrote was protected by the First Amendment. Travolta, who is married to Kelly Preston, has been repeatedly accused of being a homosexual, a claim he vehemently denies. ~ Luxy Hariharan

I won’t believe he’s gay until he comes out and admits it.
