  2. tributegirl • November 12, 2009 @ 5:06 PM

Agreed, mandee. It must have been hard for them, but it looks like they are moving in the right direction.

Really the so-called church of Scientology is to blame for their son’s passing. The doctor’s wanted to put their son on medication year’s ago to control his seizure’s,but the cult talked the parent’s out of it.They told them he didn’t NEED medication, all he needed was prayer and that would heal him.I hope nothing happens to their daughter medically!!I really thought they would of left that cult crap, after this happened. This so called church, must really brainwash all the star’s whom belong to it.I just don’t know how such intelligent people fall for this crap????????I really like them both, had a crush on him since the Welcome back Kotter day’s,he is an exceptional actor, his wife I only saw in a couple of movie’s.GOD BLESS THEM ALL!!May their son Jett RIP.

  4. tributegirl • November 15, 2009 @ 9:57 AM

gypsy, I couldn’t agree more. I think this group does brainwash, really bad. I’ve heard Jehovah’s brainwash as well, I’ve never been a part of either religion, but I’ve talked to people who have gotten out of the Jehovah’s, and their story’s are pretty bad.

Tributegirl..My mom’s family live in England,I met my aunt twice, the second time 34yrs ago when my dad passed. My mom’s brother found her after 50 yr’s.and sent her a letter,2 week’s before she passed away. When mom passed I tried to call my aunt, had the wrong number so I called my uncle who had written her.I asked him if he had my aunt’s number,he didn’t but said he’d try to contact her.The police went to my aunt’s home to tell her,she was so pissed at me for calling my uncle first.Well my aunt came to visit 2yrs ago,and told us that nobody in the family had anything to do with my uncle for over 50yrs.He and his wife were Jehovah’s.The reason being that his wife had a baby, many year’s ago, seem’s the babe was sick.I guess the whole family were at the hospital waiting for the birth, well when the babe was born there was something wrong. The baby needed a blood transfusion in order to live, now since my uncle and aunt were Jehovah’s they said no,the rest of the family were livid, they tried to talk sense into them.Well needless to say, they watched the babe pass, before their eye’s.It suffered for almost 24hours,they all tried their damndest to change their brothers mind but he had called in the church leader, and there was no way they could get through to either him or his wife. The family never spoke to either of them again. My uncle passed over 2 yrs ago and nobody in the family showed up.The English are very unforgiving, stubborn people! My late uncle and I wrote to each-other twice a month,he always put Jehovah pamphlets in his letters to me,I would send him Catholic greeting cards at Easter,Christmas and any other holiday. It became a game we would play with each-other,I still have fond memories of him trying to convert me,a big A plus LOL!!I don’t agree with what they did,but to judge is in a Higher Power’s Hand’s.

  6. Nancy • November 15, 2009 @ 4:02 PM

My mom’s cousin is Jehovah, as well. She goes door to door several times a year with her little Jehovah pamphlets and is always sure to go bang on my parents door. My mom doesn’t believe in all that but doesn’t have the heart to say anything to her. I, on the other hand, DO! Her little troop parks their vehicle on the side of the street I live on and start going door to door. I have a ‘No Siliciting’ sign at my door…which they constantly ignore. Last winter, I was out shovelling the driveway and about to clean off my vehicle when I saw them coming down the street. I was getting out my snowbrush when they started coming up the walk. I gave them a nasty look, lifted my thumb and directed it toward my neighbours…basically saying “keep moving!”, and they did. I hate people who try to push THEIR religion on me! I have no patience for that sh!t!!

  7. moondog • November 15, 2009 @ 7:16 PM

i like when they come at christmas

  8. gypsy • November 18, 2009 @ 2:07 PM

    Moondog..You do know they don’t believe in Christmas??Among many other wacky thing’s lol.I KNOW I’m an idjit!!!hahaha.

  9. Nancy • November 18, 2009 @ 4:52 PM

I think they are just too cheap to buy gifts, hahaha.

  10. gypsy • November 19, 2009 @ 3:23 AM

Nance..I think its a real shame,to push that crap on the kid’s,especially when they go back to school after the holiday’s.They hear all about all the gift’s their friend’s got,and all the good stuff they had to eat. They must feel really left out,I feel really bad for the kids.F@@K the parent’s!!!!

  11. Nancy • November 19, 2009 @ 10:18 AM

Me too, Gypsy. I went to school with a couple of kids who were Jehovah and they would cry because they didn’t get Christmas like the rest of us. They also had to leave the classroom and stand out in the hallway during the Lord’s prayer so, they were centred out every day for being “different”. As for urgent life or death medical care, Dr’s should be able to veto the parents (in the case of a minor) or the patients wishes no matter their religion and beliefs. Life is life, you do what you have to to survive. There are no do-overs.

  12. gypsy • November 19, 2009 @ 11:00 PM

Nancy that is so true,I can’t even begin to imagine how anyone could let their child pass away, knowing that there is treatment available to help them live.I AGREE the doctor’s should be able to step in,and save the child’s life!!I went to a Catholic school,so I never saw any kid’s sent out while the prayer’s were being said. That’s a pretty harsh way to start the day, going to school with a target on their forehead.Kid’s are very cruel and hurtful to begin with, they don’t need an excuse to pick on other kid’s.I used to hate getting the strap in front of the class,it was really hard to stand still and not pull your hand away,or shed any tear’s,until the teacher was done and sent you to the washroom. Boy, I remember not wanting the other kid’s to see me crack under all that pressure,I was so glad when they changed it and took you out into the hallway so you didn’t feel like a jerk if you started to tear-up.LOL Boy those were the good old day’s.HAHAHAHAHA
I remember in grade school there were at least 4or5 times that I wore the leather 3 times on the same day.I had a thing for chewing gum and was stubborn as hell,I still am a sucker for punishment!!hahahaha.

  13. Nancy • November 20, 2009 @ 1:24 AM

OMG Gypsy! You rebel! I was always a good girl…well, almost always. Sometimes I just didn’t get caught, hahaha. In grade 6, the pricipal was our teacher and the biggest boy in class tried to bully me in the cloak room. I kicked him as hard as I could right in the nuts! He told me he was going to tell the principal and I told him if he did that I’d find him at recess and give him another one. He never said a word to anyone and we became pretty good friends after that. In high school, a girl gave me the finger and I punched her in the face, smashing her head into the lockers. During homeroom, I was called to the principals office…who referred me over to the gym teacher to try out for the shotput team, hahahaha. So see, I haven’t really changed at all. I didn’t take BS back then either! I was quite shy back then though…not the case now, LOL.

  14. Nancy • November 20, 2009 @ 10:33 AM

Oh, I better add to that, that the girl didn’t ONLY give me the finger. I’m not quite that short-tempered, LOL. She started by picking on my little 7 year old cousin on the school bus and I told her to shut up and mind her business…it kinda escalated from there, haha. She seemed to be under the impression that I would put up with her big mouth and that she could get away with waiting until I got off the school bus and then giving me the finger. She didn’t stop to think that I’d be seeing her at school the next day, I guess.

  15. gypsy • November 21, 2009 @ 2:08 AM

LMAO…Right on Nancy,I can’t stand those kinda chick’s who yap off when they think their safe.Serves her right, she got what she deserved. You got off lucky though, why no leather or suspension? f@@k when I was in grade 8 some chick was talking to my old man,I clocked her twice in the face, she flew into the locker, ended up with a broken shoulder and nose.I wore the leather 10 times each hand, and got 2 weeks suspension, but it was worth it.LOL.That was the last time I fought over any guy,BUT not the last fight I got into!!HAHAHAHA High school was a BLAST!!!!

  16. Nancy • November 21, 2009 @ 6:43 PM

Because I was such a good girl. I never missed school…even when I was sick I went and I got all A’s and B’s. I was really shy and quiet but a ticking timebomb for sure. As for fighting over guys…what the hell goes through our minds to do such a thing? Now, it’s like “Take him! He’s all yours!” Hahahaha.

  17. tributegirl • November 22, 2009 @ 2:16 PM

    lol wisdom comes with age!
OmG, you guys, I never got in a fist fight! Not once! One time a much bigger girl was picking on me (grade 8) and wanted to fight me after school, so I agreed to the meeting place, etc, acted brave, but was shaking in my shoes. I was pretty tiny, and she was BIG! But I wasn’t going to back down. Well, after the final bell rang, SHE ran to her bus!!! I yelled “chicken!”, but to be honest, I was quite relieved! I would have fought, I definitely wouldn’t have backed down, but lucky for me, that was the closest I got to having to fight.
And for the jehovah’s, I also went to school with a couple kids from that religion, but the rest of us didn’t know it. So one year, my best friend kept asking one of them what they got for Christmas, the kid kept saying “nothing”, she thought he was just playing with her, so she went to his sister, the sister said “we got nothing, we’re jehovah”, my friend was pretty embarassed! Those kids didn’t seem to mind though.
Another jehovah family I know, man, it was STRICT, men ruled and the females just did what they were told in that family. Well, the kids being mostly girls, and in the era they were growing up in, it didn’t work out too well! The parents ended kicking all their daughters out of the house.

  18. gypsy • November 22, 2009 @ 11:02 PM

Come on Nance, I was only 11yrs old and thought she was disrespecting me.lmao! But your definitely right about trying to give them away,it seems when the tables are turned the man just don’t wanna leave,go figure hahaha.TG your right about the wisdom with age that hit me when I turned 13,thats when I realized men were/are predominately goof-balls!!You know TG that took a lotta balls to show up even though you were afraid, its usually the bigger girls that are all mouth no action.I bet you would of kicked her ass,for real!!I had to learn early on to get tough, with 3 older brothers who liked to pick on me,and 1 mouthy younger sister who liked to start fights, then come get me to save her ass!!!hahaha. Those were some interesting years for me thats for sure!!!!

  19. Nancy • November 23, 2009 @ 12:19 AM

Well, at 6’1″, I’m one of the bigger girls and when needed, I sure have a big mouth, LOL. One thing for sure though, I’m brutally honest and don’t really care much what people think. I’ll go out of my way to help people even when they don’t ask. I give EVERYONE my respect…until they disrespect me, then I just don’t care anymore. I owe them nothing…until they earn it back. My friends were dumbfounded. They couldn’t understand how I ended up with an abuser. I don’t even understand it. All I know is that it will NEVER happen again.

Tributegirl: That did take alot of guts! I’m proud of ya, girl! Gypsy is right though, it is usually the bigger ones who think they are invincible, because their size is intimidating. I was always taught to watch out for the quiet ones, LOL.

  20. tributegirl • November 23, 2009 @ 6:19 PM

Well, I was small and quiet! Thanks, ladies, I was pretty proud of myself, it did take a lot of guts. I think she was expecting me to say no, and run away, and when I didn’t it shocked her. Btw, I meant grade 8, but when I put the 8 with the bracket, it became 8)

  21. gypsy • November 23, 2009 @ 6:51 PM

Nancy thats what I like about you,You have that I don’t give a f attitude.Yet you are a very caring person, good balance in my book’s!I have a very vulgar mouth, and I really don’t give a f either.Whenever I meet a person they either like me or hate me there’s no in between, and I like it that way no fake bullshit from me.I’ll be there for anyone who needs me ,even if its a stranger, but don’t stab me in the back, cuz then I get mean!!I guess men see how good natured you are then after the marriage they turn into monsters, and expect you to put up with it.I know how you feel,2 times married both abusive after the fact, fought back both times, only got beat worse!I definitely would never do that again.I guess once wasn’t enough for me,at least you were smart enough after the first one!!I told you I was a sucker for punishment!!!hahaha Well I can laugh about it now,I’ve been free for 12yrs.That’s so true Nancy, the quiet ones are like a ticking time bomb.LOL Had a couple of friends like that, didn’t want them on the bad side of ya!!for real!!!I was molested at 3yr and 7yr by close family friends and that really tainted my attitude towards men in general.Even though it was many, many, many years ago,I still think about it and wonder what I did wrong, thats fu@@ed eh!O well shit happens no use dwelling on it!!Tonight is laundry night so I’m gonna get me a tea,and take a nap,I only got 4 loads but my daughter has at least 15 or more so its gonna be a long night!!hahaha for her!!!Take Care!!Really I’ll end up helping her.LOL!

  22. gypsy • November 23, 2009 @ 6:59 PM

TG You go girl, remember size doesn’t matter!!LOL Take Care! Nap time hahaha!!

  23. tributegirl • November 24, 2009 @ 9:32 PM

Well, this is kind of funny (not haha funny). When I first got married (separated now-but living together as friends-it’s better now than it’s ever been!), he occasionally tried to be abusive, but I would fight back, and he didn’t like that. Can dish it out but can’t take it. So he’d stop for awhile, then try again. After awhile, he figured out that I do hit back, and he stopped that crap for good. He can’t take pain, but didn’t mind trying to inflict it. Really weird. gypsy, I’m glad he wasn’t like yours and just got meaner!

  24. gypsy • November 26, 2009 @ 3:29 AM

TG Like WOW I am dumbfounded,to get along after the fact is just amazing to me!!When I see my first husband anywhere, the looks I get would kill, and its been say 38yrs since I divorced him.The second one still hassles me,nasty calls at 3 or 4 in the morning, every time he comes into town something happens to my truck, windows smashed out, tires slashed and I’ve been gone for 12 plus years.I divorced him 8 years ago,and hes still a pain in the a$$! I’D BE SO AFRAID that he’d snap, there’s no way I could ever do it!! I gotta give you credit girl you sure got balls, well you know what I mean!!we’ll talk tonight OK! Take Care !!!!!

  25. Nancy • November 26, 2009 @ 9:12 PM

I’m in the same boat you’re in with your hubby #2, Gypsy. My ex has no clue where I work, live, what school my kids go to, etc. He’s been charged for stalking us…on more than one occasion. He emails nasty letters about my whole family to my sister AT HER WORK. Meanwhile, he’s too lazy to get off his junkie @$$ and get a job and support the kids. I want/need nothing from him but the kids are ENTITLED. It is their right. I recently purchased a new vehicle so, he has no idea what I’m driving now…and he definitely doesn’t want to touch it because the alarms will go off, hahahaha, and then I’ll beat his goof @$$!

  26. gypsy • November 27, 2009 @ 3:33 AM

Nancy thats my problem,my ex knows I won’t call the cops on him no matter what.He tried to kill me right after I left,I took nothing but some heart meds and a few clothes,he called my older daughters home, where I was staying and said I could go over and get the rest of my heart meds, my dads war medals and my moms picture and a special ring my dad had gotten her right before he passed.Me being an idiot, went over I asked where the kids were,(not really kids)boys were in early 20ts,girl 16yr,he said the boys were sleeping over girlfriends and daughter sleeping at friends.Well he made me a tea and while I was drinking it,he went to get the stuff together, don’t remember much after that.I REMEMBER him screaming fire,I woke up groggy, was in our bed and there was a wall of fire, and black smoke. He was screaming I can’t get the door open, from the other side of the room, well I GOT UP AND RAN THROUGH THE FLAMES,was burnt but didn’t realize it then! When I got to the door there were duvets piled up against the door,he stood behind me while I pulled them away and opened the door. The fire alarm went off,and I flew downstairs.Well my son had come home unexpectedly, and he was sleeping, and his dad wet blankets to put fire out.My son called 911 and his dad was pissed.I was taken to hospital by ambulance, the old man put on a good act, said he couldn’t breath so they took him as well. The cops and fire dept questioned my son for hours, they got nothing! When I was released the ex was outside waiting for me,in a cab it took us back to the house. As soon as I got there I JUMPED IN MY CAR AND WENT BACK TO MY OLDER DAUGHTERS HOUSE.I knew something wasn’t right,my son called me to see if I was OK, and he confirmed what I was thinking,if he had not come home that night I would of been killed. While at the hospital,my son packed up some of my things, hid them at a friends and waited until I got to his sis’s house, and brought them over to me.I was brought up old school you don’t rat,and so were my kids, but he told me what he had found, and got rid of so the cops and fire dept didn’t see. After that I never left the house unless I was packed, nor did I go to the house again.I know what your going through, cuz I’ve been there many, many times,SO PLEASE STAY SAFE!!!! They bought his burning candle story which saved his a$$,but the younger son and I know what really happened!!!

  27. Nancy • November 28, 2009 @ 5:54 PM

OMG Gypsy, I’m glad that you and your son both got out okay. I bet you have big trust issues…bet you don’t ever let anyone make and serve you your drinks or leave them unattended, huh? It is really scary to even THINK that these people who do these things, are out there blending in with the rest of society being given another chance to do the same thing to someone else! That is one of the reasons why I choose to stay single. I don’t hate men, I just have trust issues (I also TOTALLY enjoy my freedom!). You don’t really ‘know’ someone until you’ve lived with them and pissed them off, and by then it’s quite possibly too late. I love being single! Love it, love it, love it! Within reason (as I have kids at home, LOL), I can do what I want, when I want. I am committed to no one except my kids, at the moment. I can date or not date, have fun and hurt no one by it.

  28. gypsy • November 29, 2009 @ 5:32 AM

OH Nance,I definitely have trust issues, even after my first ex.He’d get caught screwing around and I’d get a beating, after breaking my shoulder, arm and pouring scalding water on my stomach and arm’s while protecting my face.I left after 18 months with a 1yr old and a newborn babe,he did the stalking shit for over a year.I still took a chance with the second ex and put up with 23yrs with bouts of drinking, drugs and screwing around, with bonus points of a beating on the side.HE’D stop for awhile, and yes like a idiot I would believe his crying ass, but he knew I was stuck in a city where I knew no one,had no money, didn’t drive and no place to go with the kids.I finally got my licence but anytime I went out I had to take only 1 or 2 kids and he’d watch the rest,I never drank alcohol or got into drugs, and all the friends we had were just like him.He never let me take all the kids out in the car unless he was with us.After I had the heart attack at 37yrs old he got much worse!!!I fought back but he seemed to get off on it,the fu@@ing goof. Now when the old-man and I go to bingo or the track I always bring my own jug of water or a thermos with tea or hot chocolate in it and I keep it right in front of my eyes no way will I let that happen again!!!Its true what they say, what goes around comes around cuz now the girl hes living with is out screwing around on him and hes never laid a hand on her. They both drink and do drugs, shes younger than him by 20plus years, and they have more in common than he and I ever did.I am 8yrs older than him.I just can’t figure out why after 12yrs, he still tries to stay in my life with the phone calls and wrecking my truck.O well,I’m just happy to be FREE!!!!Nancy you have every right to be happy and free to do as you please, enjoy life girl!!!! you deserve it!!!!Take Care!

  29. Nancy • November 29, 2009 @ 1:19 PM

Reading that really brings back bad memories! I remember my ex trying to get me to move away from my hometown to a place where I wouldn’t know anyone. Of course, that didn’t work. I’d never let that happen. As for him keeping at least one of the kids while you were out…YEP! Been there too! People who’ve never been there don’t seem to understand though, why you just don’t leave. They still don’t seem to get it when you tell them “He’s at home basically holding my children hostage!” Then they say that if he’s doing that, call the police while you’re gone out…yeah, right! Even if you did do that, what is the law against dad having the kids at home watching them while you do the grocery shopping? Then, you just get an extra beating for that! As for your ex, it sounds to me that because he doesn’t abuse the girl he’s with now, he still needs someone or something to abuse because you know that they don’t just STOP. So instead, he’s abusing you still. He probably abuses his gf with words and maybe even abuses any animals he may have. I’m very happy for you that you don’t have to live in that anymore, that you found someone who treats you with the respect you deserve. I’m very vindictive (hahaha can you tell?) and my ex don’t want to be coming around me.

    Oh, and I LOVE BINGO!

  30. gypsy • November 30, 2009 @ 1:03 AM

Nancy I’m really sorry for cracking off about my life, and not taking into consideration all you have been through.I didn’t mean to bring back those bad memories for you.for real!!!When ya think about it there must be so many woman out here that have had similar experiences, and definitely worse than mine,at least I’m alive, and my kids never saw the abuse, they probably heard the arguing but I know mine didn’t realize the extent of what was going on.I still haven’t told them all the horrors, and I never will!!Hopefully they will never have to experience any of that bullshit.I am very happy that you were able to weather the storm’s from your ex,no matter what people think or say until you’ve been there, they don’t have a fu@@ing clue how hard it is to get out. It’s even harder with kid’s involved, but you did it Nancy, and should be very proud of yourself!!!Well enough of that memory walk.lol. So you and the kids finally got the H1N1 shots its about time eh,the f-n government took there sweet time with that bullshit!I’m still waiting to get the regular FLU shot, think I’ll call the clinic tomorrow and see if they have any there. It sure feels good to get Xmas shopping out of the way.I’m like you, if I see something else that I like for one kid,I end up having to get another four other gifts to even it out.hahaha So I try to stay outta the stores, avoid temptation!!lol. So you like bingo too,I love going and I’m pretty lucky, except for the Sunday night TV bingo,my ole-man has won twice, all I do is wait. Now that I’m feeling better we have to get out and hit the big bingo again.A couple of years ago before he had his hernia surgery, we would go at least five times a week, and sometimes more,if we won big!In the summer I am a nut for the race track, love watching those horses fly around the track,A friend of ours won 10 thousand on 1 race. We never went that day,I tried to call his cell phone so he could place a bet for me but I WAS TOO LATE MAKEING MY PICKS turns out I had picked the same numbers for the superfecta,I lost out on the 10GS by a f-n minute oh I was pissed!!thats putting it mildly LMFAO.I guess it wasn’t meant to be!!We also go fishing all the time, love that !! We usually go rent a motel for a month in Dunnville, and fish all day and get food and head back to our room, its so relaxing,no phones,no BS.I can’t wait till next year!!Take Care ok!!!

  31. Nancy • December 1, 2009 @ 5:31 PM

Ah, it’s no problem! I’ve spoken of what happened to me and you have every right to do the same. Yes, I love bingo. I’ve never been to the track though. I’m also not much of a fisherman, hahaha. That’s hilarious when I think of me going fishing…I’m too much of a girly girl! I grew up in the country though, with all the damn flies…blackflies, horseflies, deerflies, and my mom used to fish ALL the time! She’d wake my sis and I up early EVERY morning during our summer holidays from school and make us go to the river with her so she could fish. We didn’t really mind it back then except for the darn blackflies eating us alive! It was actually quite funny at times, especially once when my sis was fishing. She had a big fat juicy worm on her hook and went to cast the line in the water and when she swung it back she turned sideways and my mom got that juicy worm right in the face! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Then we’d steal her cigarettes and go down the old dirt road for a smoke, LOL. Ahhh, those were the days! She only fished for rainbow trout though, sometimes pickerel. I’d never go fishing now. I’m freaking terrified of snakes! Hahaha.

  32. Nancy • December 1, 2009 @ 5:33 PM

It’s bad enough when I go to the cottage. I’m always on the lookout for damn snakes. I don’t like that part but the kids love going.

  33. gypsy • December 2, 2009 @ 11:40 AM

lmao Nancy that’s why I fish from the dock,I don’t like snakes or spiders, really I don’t like any kind of bugs hahaha.Where

  34. gypsy • December 2, 2009 @ 12:34 PM

LOST SIGNAL,LOL we go there are no black flies or any other kind, except for the regular house fly,but theres plenty of mosquitoes that are a pain.I always go to the beach, which is a 5 min walk from the docks, love the water and skinny dipping whenever possible, lol.Thats why we go in May,nobody is ever around before summer sets in.Your poor mom I can’t imagine getting wacked up side the face with a big juicy worm ,but its better then getting a leach stuck on,I couldn’t even imagine that hahaha,We don’t go up north, where I’ve heard of all them bugs hang out, lol. We go to a town thats borders off Lake Erie across from Buffalo, quiet and outta the way.Well Nancy I gotta go get my blood done, so you Take Care.

  35. Nancy • December 7, 2009 @ 9:58 AM

Hahaha, yeah my mom sure had her hands full with us! We all sit back and laugh about those times now though, LOL. As for leeches, had a few of those on me when I was younger from swimming in the lake, nothing a little salt didn’t take care of. If only salt would work on the type of leech on here! Hahahaha. Getting your blood done? Well, I hope you’re feeling better and not more sick! My mom is fairly sick all the time and constantly running for tests and stuff like that too.

I’m trying to put a Dr. Hook song on my name. Hope it works! Love the Dr!!

  36. tributegirl • December 7, 2009 @ 5:16 PM

omf, you guys!!! I can’t imagine what you have both been through!
Yeah, gypsy, it is weird the way we are living now, but hey, if it works, it works! And really, this is the happiest I’ve been in an extremely long time. My uncle and aunt split about 18 years ago, and are now sharing a home as roommates/friends. There’s nothing more to it than that, and so far it’s working.

Tributegirl,I don’t know if weird is the word I’d be using,I really think its amazing that two people could be in the same house and get along that well.I guess it stems from my experiences with both ex’s,them being so volatile even after so many years!!!!I actually envy the fact that you both can be so at ease with each-other!!!Like you said it work’s,so no need to fix something thats not broken.Really I think thats pretty cool with your Aunt and Uncle too!!I’m glad for you, everyone deserves happiness in there lives. There’s people that never have any,and that makes me feel sad!!Especially at this time of the year!!Did you click on Nancy name yet?I love Dr Hook, cool song brings back many memories,YOUNG,WILD AND FREE!!I WISH HAHAHA You Take Care!!!

Me too…I could never live with any of my ex’s like that, hahaha. So, kudos to you, Tributegirl, and your aunt!

Gypsy: OMG my parents used to have parties every weekend, usually at our house. People would bring their own beer and tip my sis and I to keep them coming! Dr. Hook was always on the playlist so I grew to really enjoy their music, especially Dennis’ voice. My family is also very musical (a couple have even hit the big time in Nashville) and they would play and sing the Dr as well. Remember the song ‘Jungle to the Zoo’? Hahahaha. I play their cd in the car and my kids even love them…of course, my son prefers the new Billy Talent cd, LOL, but I also get him grooving to other genres like the Dr; Metallica and Eminem.
