Johnny Depp wants London home

Johnny Depp is looking for a ''weekend retreat'' in London. The Lone Ranger actor and his fiancée Amber Heard enjoyed spending time in the UK last year so are looking to buy a base that will allow them to take regular short breaks, and the 28-year-old actress' dad David is already looking forward to joining them in the city. David is quoted by The Sun as saying: ''I think they will have at least a weekend retreat in England soon, around London as they both love it so much - and I enjoy visiting. Last September they were both in England and they were in a hotel. Then they rented something on the edge of London. They love it, I'm sure they will buy something there.''The couple were in London while Johnny, 51, shoots forthcoming movie Mortdecai but it is unclear how much time the pair will get to spend in the UK this year as he is due in Puerto Rico in the coming months to start work on the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
