Justin Bieber got annoyed with fans at the Toronto airport on June 15 while waiting for his girlfriend Selena Gomez to arrive. They asked him to pose for photos and sign autographs, but the singer wasn't having any of it. “Do I not have any rights as a human being to wait for my own girlfriend?” Justin asked fans as they pestered him. "I’m still a human being. I have a right to wait for my own girlfriend.” Despite his bodyguard's attempt to have fans back off, they insisted on getting what they wanted from the pop star. “You’re not being very respectful at all. I feel very disrespected with all you guys waiting,” said Justin. “You say you’re really my fans, but then why are you doing this?” One fan sided with him, saying, "Guys, leave him alone." However, another fan complained, “We’ve had a long day, you just have to be nicer about it, that's all.” He retorted, “I’ve had a long day too. I just flew in. I don’t have to be nicer about it. You guys are in my face.”  ~Graeme Mollison

Sounds like he was pretty restrained to me. Teenage fans are RABID. Good luck Justin!

i am not a Beiber fan, my daughter is. i have to say that i felt he handled it pretty well, "fans" are jerks! they think that any time they see a star that the star has to bend over backwards to accommodate their picture and autograph wishes. well as Justin said, don't disrespect me, let me wait for my girlfriend. i know the "fans" see it as well i only want 1 picture, and so do the hundreds of other nutbars that will flock in and then when he stops they whine that its not fair. let the guy live his life, when he is doing his meet and greet things then you can get all the pics and autographs. otherwise, leave the stars alone, and let them have somewhat of a normal life!

I don't like him, but I do think he did the right thing. Everyone needs their personnal space.

He wasn't rude at all, in fact, he ultimately took pictures with the people who were bothering him. I find him very together for a young man under an intense spotlight.

Im no Justin fan, but hes right. Leave him alone. He doesnt need a bunch of spastic teenagers hounding him 24/7. Ask him for what you want, if he says yes, great. If not, respect that.

I think fans shouldn't ask any celeb for anything it should be the celeb that offers. There should be a law agaisnt this seriuosly. Actors "Famous people" are just the same as me or you. Thier not Gods so why do we put them on such a high pedestal? It's because the rolls they've played in there films or the music they make the sports they play or the kids of parents where they came from. We need to have respect for them and understand that they are working just like you and I and we should respect thier profession. Furthure more there should be a law passed publicly that going up to a "Famous" person can get you fined for privacy and mauling an individual. It should be noted that when an officer see's a bombardment of people surrounding an individual that that officer should take action and proceed to break up the crowd and by the individual's reaction (famous person) the officer can issue fines or break it up. The fines are not linked or caused by the famous person they are done by how distraught the officer feels the famous person was and it can be waved or dismissed by the individual (famous person). So if ever someone goes up to a celeb to ask a question or they are having a polite conversation fines will not be issued. Also the famous person can't be power tripping saying "Hey you officer fine this guy he's bothering me" the famous person needs to be in a state of panic or distraught. Finally the law should fine all who take pictures. Everyone and anyone attempting to take pictures of celebs will be fined. No more paparazzi's etc. That being said celebs should now agree to do a promotions for thier new project they should do a "Meet and greet" signing etc to allow a time when anyone can take pictures and get a autograph. All done by secure means. It's not fair that a famous person can't walk in the park with thier kids and maybe a dog and enjoy LIFE all because he/she hit a home run or played Thor in the last movie he did. Unfair. Kids at school should be treated the same way and watched closely by the teachers and princables. This law should be in effect and I'm very surprised that "Famous" people didn't all ban together to pass something like this. It could be good for anyone getting bombarded on the streets. :) Justin way to go for sticking up for your rights!
