Kevin Smith hated working with Bruce Willis

Kevin Smith, who directed Bruce Willis in Cop Out, says the veteran actor was a pain to work with. During an interview on the popular WTF with Marc Maron podcast, he said he was a big fan until he worked with Willis. ‘It was difficult. I’ve never been involved in a situation like that where one component is not in the box at all. It was f*****g soul crushing,’ Smith revealed. He went on to say that not only was Willis a pain on-set, he refused to sit for promotional photos for the movie’s poster. “I mean, a lot of people are gonna be like, ‘Oh, you’re just trying to blame the movie on him.’ I had no f*****g help from this dude whatsoever.” However, Smith had nothing but praise for Willis’ co-star: “He’s a f*****g dream.  Tracy Morgan, I would lay down in traffic for.  Were it not for Tracy, I might’ve killed myself or someone else in the making of that movie.” Cop Out opened last February to poor reviews and grossed just $44 million dollars at the North American box office. He probably realized what a piece of crap it was only during filming, but couldn’t get out due to his contract. So he tried to get fired, but smith being a fan of his didn’t want to do so.

Stop making shity movies and the actors might be more inclined to help you out. He doesn’t sound like too good a guy to work with.

Smith was forced to make a studio picture and after working with Willis on the Live Free or die Hard, he hand picked Willis! So don’t complain the hand you are dealt, especially after you had the card up your sleeve! Everyone makes a flop…Don’t whine well after the fact. We all forgot about the movie, so you should too lol.

Kevin Smith has not made a good movie since Clerks and that was in 1994. You should have known what Bruce was like to work with before the movie since you worked with him on Live free or Die Hard. Quit your whining

Seeing “An Evening With Kevin Smith” last year before this bad movie was released, Smith only had funny and nice stuff to say about Willis. So tired of Smith talking outta his butt for publicity…oh…poor me, thrown off a plane for being too fat.. Time to retire PERMANENTLY and join Weight Watchers, you whiny f**k
