After a late night of partying, Lindsay Lohan is in the news once again. But to the surprise of many, it isn’t the party girl who is in hot water with the police this time. It was reported early this morning that a man by the name of Christian LaBella was arrested by the NYPD after getting into a fight with Lohan, whom he met at a club before being invited back to her W Hotel suite to party with some of her friends. When Lohan confronted LaBella about trying to secretly film and photograph her and her friends, LaBella allegedly attacked the star, scratching and choking her before throwing her down on the floor. LaBella, 25, is the nephew of actress/comedian/New York Times best-selling author Heather McDonald, and he's no stranger to getting down with celebs. He’s been photographed hanging out with celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Joe Francis. LaBella was initially charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and two counts of harassment, but the charges were later dropped with authorities citing insufficient evidence for Lohan’s claims. ~Brandon Bastaldo

Anyone still believe a word of what Lilo says? She should be in jail for all the crap she pulled. Just because she is famous she gets away with everything. Stars like this isn't worth getting chances after chances.
How dare that stupid barbarian attacked her without thinking! I hope Lindsay Lohan is alright after that because I still like her no matter what.
