Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan wants to guest star on Ugly Betty, but there’s one small problem – the writers strike. “She’s totally looking forward to it,” Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, told the New York Post. Lohan had been in talks with ABC to appear on the hit series as a restaurant employee who makes friend with Betty, played by America Ferrera, when the strike began. “She loves the show,” Sloane Zelnik said. “Lindsay was flattered there was interest in her from the show.”

    Oh, poor you anonymous! You have no name and you also can’t read. The article says that the small problem is the writer’s strike. Poor you!!! LMFAO.

    Holy s**t Nancy, you make me laugh every time! But seriously, maybe some real honest work would be good for Lindsay, she’s really let her life go down the crapper lately (although not as much as Brit!).

    Lindsey Lohan: the real cause of the writer’s strike.

    “I won’t write scripts for that oversexed teen!” ~Anon. Writer for Ugly Betty.

    RU4REAL: The name……is Nancy, and I do work…make an alright living too!! Oh, and thank you….I am sooooo proud to be a ‘bee with an itch!’ and jealousy will get you nowhere!! “OWNED!”

    Nancy, I’m glad you make an all right living, but I have to tell you that you’ve spelled all right incorrectly. There is no such word as “alright”. But alas. To err is to be human!

    Wow all this cat fighting is more exiting than the crap your commenting on.

    @Minerva

    The form alright as a one-word spelling of the phrase all right in all of its senses probably arose by analogy with such words as already and altogether. Although alright is a common spelling in written dialogue and in other types of informal writing, all right is used in more formal, edited writing.

    Lindsay is a loser, Ugly Betty should not cheapen the show by giving her a role.

  11. Minerva on November 24, 2007 7:44 PM

    To Writtendialogue: Well! All righty then!! But, I have to add that just because “alright” may be a common spelling in written dialogue and in other types of informal writing, it don’t make it right, cuz it jest ain’t!!!
