Lost brings back ‘lost’ character

By Alexandra Heilbron on July 26, 2007 | 14 Comments

Harold PerrineauThis will come as a welcome surprise to many fans of the hit TV series Lost—Michael, played by Harold Perrineau, is coming back for the show’s fourth season. Michael betrayed the other Flight 815 survivors at the end of the second season in order to escape the island with his son, Walt. No other information was given by ABC Entertainment with regards to the character’s return—fans will have to wait and see what became of Walt and whether Michael returns to the island willingly in order to help his friends, or whether he’s dragged there against his will by the evil Ben. Perrineau recently starred on the big screen in 28 Weeks Later.

He is one of my favorite characters, and I’m glad to see him come back. The show is also cool, I’ve watched it since the beginning, and I well be there when it end’s.

this will come as a surprise to most? who are they kidding? Walt & Michael are a two for one package, you can’t have one without the other, and you can’t have LOST without Walt, especially having not answered so many questions about him.

I didn’t miss him one bit. All he did was whine and complain.
Walt,on the other hand, was a compelling character and he seems to be a key figure in solving the puzzle that is “Lost”.

Lost is a compelling show full of mysterious questions and adventure. The discovery of the island, the others, and the intertwining relationships between the members of flight 815. Micheal and Walt hav been key characters in the changing of the Characters lives, but it remains in my opinion that Walt is a far more fascinating character who may unlock key questions regarding the island and events that have taken place. All evidence points to his special nature and abilities yet to be understood.

    Sincerly, LOST Lover

Lost is such a great show.. it doesn’t surprise me one bit that micheal will be returning, i dont like his character so much but like most other people i find Walt very interesting and i too belive that he is “special” and will have a large part in the unravelling of the question that is “LOST”. cant wait till January when the new season airs.

Lost is a great show, just when you think you are figuring it out they change the plot. I like how they will just get rid of any characters at any time.

Lost is not a good show anyway. The writers are no good. It is based on solving a mystery and when you know the solution it will lack all entertainment value. The entire perception that it is a good show is based on cliffhangers and small questions that are answered for even more questions to appear. The answers are never satisfying, which is why people continue to watch it. If you stop watching it, it will get cancelled and we can all find out what the entire show is about. If it is about anything.

Anonymous, you are such a dark cloud! I have to agree with the Big Sexy Good Looking Guy. Not that he’s Big, Sexy and Good Looking, or even a guy for that matter (ha, ha!), but that LOST is a really great show in which the plot keeps changing. I love this show! Followed it from the beginning, and cannot wait for the new episodes!
