Marston Hefner arrested for domestic violence

Playboy heir Marston Hefner, 21, was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence on his girlfriend, Claire Sinclair, 20, the 2011 Playmate of the Year. She was allegedly kicked and punched in the stomach and following his arrest, she immediately filed for a restraining order. Police records say Hefner was released from jail Monday after posting $20,000 in bail. Marston is one of two sons of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and his ex-wife, ex-Playmate Kimberly Conrad Hefner. No family members have addressed the charges. ~Kayla Thompson
