Miley Cyrus needed ‘macho energy’ when dating women

Miley CyrusMiley Cyrus, 22, recently opened up about her sexuality and the experiences she’s had dating men and women. The singer told Time magazine that guys always had an “overly macho energy” when they were with her and that she was the one who always wanted to experiment while growing up in Nashville.

She said: “That made me feel like I had to be a femme-bot, which I’m not. And then when I was with a girl, I felt like, ‘Oh s***, she’s going to need someone to protect her, so I’m going to need to have this macho energy.’ And that didn’t feel right either.”

On Monday, Miley launched the #InstaPride campaign on Instagram, thanks to her foundation Happy Hippie Foundation.  The hashtag was to celebrate transgender and gender spectrum people. The “We Can’t Stop” singer revealed it was about more than sex when it came to looking for a partner. “F**king is easy. You can find someone to f**k in five seconds. We want to find someone we can talk to. And be ourselves with. That’s fairly slim pickings.”

Miley, however, doesn’t rule out on dating men in the future, as long as they’re mature, adding, “If I end up in a straight relationship, that’s fine. But I’m not going to be with f**king slob guys who are watching porn, making all their girls feel ugly.” –Maria-Josee Martinez

Amazing the media follows these certain people who feel so above the populous. And she used to be such a sweet innocent lass who is now a skinny a**(hole).

If she’s happy with who she is, then why not tell the world how she feels. You only read it if you want to.

you have to give her credit for creating a new persona and evolving from being a child star. she’s got her own style and it’s outrageous and it’s probably meant to garner attention, which she’s getting. but omg, who uses this language in an interview? she will ostracize herself from parents who want more wholesome for their kids

Her choices are her choices, I suppose. She’s done everything else to pound into us that she’s “edgy.”

I really am sick of everyone polluting my shared air/screen/print media with gratuitous nasty language. It’s tiresome and embarrassing, proves nothing but that it’s easier to swear than to think about what you’re actually saying. It doesn’t make you a grown up, cool in some way, or evidence any semblance of maturity. But then, whom are we speaking of, after all…

Everything does not require an adjective.
