Milla Jovovich planning work return

Milla Jovovich is already preparing to return to work. The actress is 10 weeks away from giving birth to her second child and is being careful not to gain too much weight as she will begin filming Resident Evil – The Final Chapter just a few months after the baby arrives so she wants to be in the best shape possible.

She shared on her Facebook page: ””I don’t want to lose ANY weight right now, because at 170 lbs. I’m at a perfect pregnancy weight for my height and build. I want to maintain where I’m at. My ideal being 175 all together (with a total of 35 lbs. gained over all through out my pregnancy. I’m really proud of myself for not gaining the same amount of weight that I did with our first child (75 lbs.) because I have to be ready to start filming ‘Resident Evil — The Final Chapter’ in August of this year and I will also be nursing an infant simultaneously… I’ve started having to be really careful about my lifestyle so I don’t continue to gain unnecessarily; which is not healthy for me OR my newborn. I also want to be the healthiest I can to ensure the easiest delivery and no stress post birth when I have to establish a nursing routine, as well as, slowly getting myself and my family ready to move halfway across the world to make a big action movie with a lot of stunt work! Phew!”

Milla – who already has seven-year-old daughter Ever with husband Paul W. S. Anderson – went on to promise that over the coming weeks, she will share how many steps she takes and pictures of the food she is eating. And the brunette beauty vowed there won’t be anything unhealthy on her plate.

She wrote: ”Obviously no junk, meaning nothing that comes out of an airtight bag, sealed box or drive-thru (until the weekend)! lol! But that’s ok, cause I love to cook at home and that’s the only way to control what you’re consuming.”
