conrad_murrayConrad Murray, the personal physician to the late Michael Jackson, is preparing to turn himself in to the Los Angeles Police Department as early as tomorrow on involuntary manslaughter charges for administering the drug Propofol to the King of Pop before his death in June 2009. “We are presently negotiating with the District Attorneys’ office,” Murray’s attorney Ed Chernoff said in a statement this morning. Murray denies that the drugs he gave Jackson would have contributed to his death. If Murray is charged, a Los Angeles judge would view the evidence and then decide if there should be a trial. According to ABC News, Murray will be arraigned tomorrow at about 1:30 p.m. Jackson’s death was ruled as a homicide under California law; the coroner confirmed there were large traces of Propofol, a potent drug similar to surgical anesthesia, in his system, among other drugs. ~Hilary Caton

Well, Brittany’s results just got published: no overdose, just pneumonia, with iron difficency, and prescription drugs intoxication. So, no drug abuse, just tragedy…
