More Twilight movies after Breaking Dawn?

If you’re feeling anxiety about the fact that the Twilight movies will soon be coming to an end (the final installment, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 releases later this year), you may find some relief in knowing that the saga may possibly continue. The hugely successful films were all put out by Summit Entertainment, which was recently acquired by Lionsgate for $412.5 million in cash and stock. Now Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer has suggested that there’s still more to be done with the vamp franchise. “It’s hard for me to imagine a movie that does $700 million-plus doesn’t have ongoing value,” Feltheimer told the L.A. Times when asked about the possibility of more films. “It’s an amazing franchise that they have done a great job of maintaining with absolutely no deterioration. So the simple answer is ‘Boy I hope so.'” But how will they continue the story with no more books left in the series? Although there hasn’t yet been any official confirmation from Lionsgate, Jackson Rathbone, who plays Jasper Cullen in the films, has a few ideas of his own. “Maybe go back into some of the back stories,” he told E! News. “There’s been talk of shorts and different new media, too.”

The Hunger Games and Twilight fans could see their favorite characters return to theaters as Lionsgate confirms the studio isn’t finished with the film franchises.
I would be happy if the love story side of things ends but a movie based on the actual vampire world and history in that franchise would be interesting. It’s my favourite part about the books.

Please Summit! Dont make this continue! If you keep this going, you know that Harry Potter fans will go all crazy on you. Adding more movies without any more books is stupid and in my opinion Harry Potter deserves that honor, not Twilight. BD part 1 was TERRIBLE and the franchise is just stupid. And this is coming from someone who loved the books. So Summit, just make it stop. Seriously, please, just make it stop.
I like the series but it is time for it to end.

It would take a really good director and some serious special effects to make ANOTHER Twilight movie worth watching…or just Jacob with his shirt off the whole time. I’d watch that…

I cant stand none of this crap anymore. I don’t how my girlfriend loves this. The whole movie makes no sense. They should just end it. Heck Harry Potter ended and so should this.
The fact tht the movie has made this much money means its interesting..and ppl love it. Haters will always be there so am not suprised by these comments.. So twilight bring it on I wanna see Bella as a Vampire.. Cnt wait.

yes.. i would love it if you guys kept making them, do you know how much money you would make, ill have you know that people would keep going to see these movies if you make more, i definitely would! I actually did a vote on my fb and on my webpage i got 6.1 million votes to yes they would see it and buy the movie. and a half of 1 million that say maybe, but on 304 thousand said no. know i know allot of people would be great full to see a new part! thanks for your time and hopefully you will have some thought into this!!! best of luck
i like jackson’s idea to go into the back stories it would be awesome to see how alice and jasper met, and what jaspers life was like before he became a vampire and before he met maria
they should not stop twilight I do not think its fair, they only made 5 twilights so they should at least make more than 7 or more

I think they should make more it is the best movie ever and they should make it about like how every one met or they should to the story about Jacob or Edward’s back story or about any one in twilight series because it is the best movie ever and it makes me want to cry knowing it may be the last one who ever says it should end make it last at leas make 10 or more.
