Neighbors and other new movies opening today

The outrageous comedy Neighbors, starring Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne, opens today. The movie is about a young couple who faces unexpected difficulties after a fraternity moves into the neighborhood. Before long, a turf war erupts. Sarah Drew of Grey’s Anatomy plays a mom who plans to spend a carefree evening with her friends away from their kids; however, things don’t go as planned. Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return, an animated musical about Dorothy’s return to Oz to rescue her friends from a wicked Jester, opens across Canada.
Also opening today in limited release in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver is Locke, starring Tom Hardy. Jonathan Glazer‘s Under the Skin with Scarlett Johansson as a voracious alien opens in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. Opening in a limited release in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary is the Canadian-filmed slasher Stage Fright, set at a summer camp.
