Olivia Wilde says divorce improved her acting

Since splitting from Italian Prince Tao Ruspoli after eight years of marriage, Olivia Wilde has been making headlines. This time the actress admitted in the latest issue of Marie Claire that since her divorce, her acting has improved. “It makes you a more empathetic person, and I think it’s made me a better actress,” said Wilde, who stars on the hit series House. “Weakness is something we don’t like to admit we have. We hold it against people, until we experience it, and then we feel more compassion for it.” Wilde says she has gotten praise from David Shore; the creator of the House. “[David] said ‘You should get divorced every year; your acting’s never been better!’” Wilde’s career has been on fire especially with the anticipated release Cowboys & Aliens and on the dating scene, hs been linked to Hollywood A-Listers such as Bradley Cooper, Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling. “I’m a case of arrested development, in a way — from spending your 20s with someone who really loves to take care of you, as my husband did. But I think it’s very healthy to spend time alone. You need to know how to be alone and not be defined by another person.” ~Jackie Allan

I’m not a Keira Knightly fan so that’s not a compliment to me, I think she’s much cuter then skinny Knightly. As for the acting, well, whatever works right.
