Paul Walker, 40, who died in a horrific car accident on Saturday afternoon in Los Angeles, was generous in more ways than you can imagine. Stories have been pouring in from family and friends ever since the news broke. A former jewelry store clerk, Irene King, revealed that Paul anonymously purchased a wedding ring for a veteran, who had just returned from Iraq, and his fiancée at the store over a decade ago. She told CNN: “The groom was just back from duty in Iraq, and he was going to be deployed again soon and wanted to buy a wedding ring, but he said he just could not afford it.” Paul heard the conversation and decided to buy the $10,000 ring for the couple. “Walker left all his billing info, and it was a done deal.” Irene decided to keep mum about Paul’s generosity, but now wants everyone to know what a kind heart he had. “To do something like that to a perfect stranger is just unbelievable,” she said. Paul, star of the Fast and Furious movies, was a passenger in a Porsche driven by a friend when the car crashed into a tree and burst into flames. At the time of his death, he was attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide. ~Marriska Fernandes

Rest easy in the presence of our Lord, my brother in Christ. You have made a mark in the world, and you are missed.
Speed kills..literally. I had a childhood friend die under similar circumstances after “testing” out his wheels minutes after it was “suped up” in a local shop…
