Ernie Davis was a real-life football hero, the first African American to win the prestigious Heisman Trophy. His rise to top changed the spirit of American sports as we know and enjoy them today, but it didn't come without a fight.

    Opppsss, how could we all forget about these great football movies!!!! Rudy, Wildcats, The Second String and these ones are not really football movies but still worth seeing....Jerry Maguire and The Last Boyscout!

    Not including "any given Sunday" is bad enough, but to put "gridiron gang" and "The Longest Yard" in front of "Remember the Titans" is downright criminal. Anyone remember a movie called "The Program"? it was deserving a lot more than some others to be on that list.

    You guys dropped the ball on this one...forgot one of the best football movies ever made, "Any Given Sunday".
