Justin Bieber has gotten himself in trouble once again for spray painting when he visited the city of Gold Coast, Australia. Mayor Tom Tate gave a (probably unintentionally) hilarious video message to the teen sensation via TMZ, calling Bieber a "pop princess" and according to TMZ, pronouncing his name "Beaver." Tate started off the message by saying, "I've got a message for pop princess Justin Beaver. We love your music but we hate your graffiti and your vandalism here in our city." He then gives Bieber an ultimatum. The singer must either come back to Australia to clean up the mess he made or come back and sing at the Mayor’s Christmas Carol on December 7th. Oh come on - clean up or sing? What kind of threat is that? Can't they throw in some jail time? This isn't even the first time the "pop princess" has gotten in trouble for tagging. When he visited Rio last month, he was caught tagging a wall of an abandoned hotel. He was charged with illegal tagging and could have faced a fine, but had wisely already left the country. Bieber also spray painted “Free Breezy” on a wall in Colombia the week before. ~Brie Davis

Justin brings shame to Ontario for taking his fame and stooping to the level of a common vandal. Time to treat him like the petty criminal that he is and boycott everything he does. Apparently he is seeking to be Public Embarrassment #2 for Ontario, surpassed only by Rob Ford ....

Time this brat grew up and acted the age he is supposed to be. His behaviour has been unchecked for far too long. Time for a mentor to straighten him out.

Sandra.....you seriously think that just because he has made some great songs (in your point of view)that he is above the law? He is going to other counties and defacing property, acting like a twit and embarrassing himself in the public eye. He needs to grow up and start acting responsibly and realize that he is a role model for a lot of young people. Even when I was young I knew writing on other peoples property was wrong....so I didn't do it out of respect for other peoples things. The problem is he shows time and time again that he doesn't have much respect.

Why do these half-wit celebrity brats get away with stuff the rest of us wouldn't? I hope this short-sighted mayor is prepared to give the same option to all the local vandals as well - 'you can clean it up or you can sing at my party!' If law enforcement had to treat everyone the way they treat celebrities, this nonsense would stop. And if these egomaniacal brats were actually held to the same standard as everyone else, they'd think twice before pulling these stunts.
    Grow up Princess!

@Sandra, shut up!! Because ur mom said so. Now go back to school!!

  9. cheryle on December 5, 2013 5:28 PM

Why oh why can't Canadians be proud of our artists instead of being so ridiculous and falling for the media CRAP...you all really believe even one thing that TMZ says...then you people are the half-witted ones.

  10. tang on December 5, 2013 5:38 PM

@cheryle...there is video proof of some of his shenanigans. Drunkenly urinating in a mop bucket in a restaurant kitchen for one. We are proud of our artists, when they deserve it.

  11. cheryle on December 5, 2013 5:57 PM

yes..saw the video..weird how they don't show his face in it...please use your brains people!!

TMZ will say ANYTHING to get people to watch them...if you want to boycott someone boycott them

I think all these young celebrities, that do all this vandalism and DUI's careers are going down the tube. They do these things to keep in the press. Maybe the press and reporters should not give them the time of day and these embrassing people will go away and never be heard for again. Justin should make Canada proud and not be a pain for our Country. He has a younger sister doesn't he want her to look up to him like a his young fans do.

Just throw the little bitch in jail, and be done with it. And, put his moron manager, in the adjoining bunk.

Justin "Beaver"?????... What a slight that is, a beaver has a good use ... to all beavers out there I apologize for the insult.

  16. Meow Meow on December 6, 2013 11:43 AM

@kay I dont think its a thoughtless just nonsense, i've read it many times and still dont get it. Young, Rich, Good-looking or has it continually reminded by his "Fans"...anyone would think they can do anything. No one wants to stop its behaviour cause it keeps it in the gossip. sigh, just stop buying his stuff and eventually he'll go away. Turn off the radio when his songs come on. Walk the other way when you see him coming. ok now i think im rambling...petition him out!!!!!

"Oh come on - clean up or sing? What kind of threat is that? Can't they throw in some jail time?"

Maybe Tribute.ca writers could leave their personal opinions out of the articles(they could always post in the comments section for that) and stick to just reporting the 'news'/facts.

  18. SJ on December 6, 2013 7:29 PM

An embarrassment to Canada. Fame has really got to his head. He is now one of the most annoying people of 2013

  19. NummyNum on December 9, 2013 6:35 AM

    He's a weenie.

  20. Danny on January 3, 2014 5:02 PM

I'm not a fan of Justin Bieber. But I can't argue people like him. I'm more into Katy Perry, Beyonce and Ne-yo
