During an appearance on the BBC talk show The Graham Norton Show, Reese Witherspoon admitted she’s now sporting bangs due to a car accident in Santa Monica last fall that left her with a scar on her forehead. “I was jogging and I got hit by a car, it’s not funny at all. They said I am very hard headed because I landed right on my head and I have a scar, hence my new hairdo. I don’t remember much about it but miraculously and thank God I am fine.” Reese didn’t want to press charges against the 85-year-old driver, who received a ticket for failing to stop for a pedestrian. However, Reese added, “She was 85 so they took away her licence and gave her a bus pass.” Reese is currently in London promoting her new comedy, This Means War, which opens in Canada on February 17th.

I’m glad she wasn’t seriously hurt. As for her new movie, it looks really bad. I saw her last two and they weren’t that great so I think I’ll be giving this one a miss.
There’s one way of turning your accident into even mroe news.
I think the new hairstyle and bangs look great on her. It gives her a cool new look…good for her!
She’s lucky she looks good with bangs or no bangs. Not everyone can pull it off.
Seriously? She changed her hair style and someone decided this was news?
BTW, is it just me, or does she look like she needs a good old fashioned cheeseburger. She looks kinda creepy in this pic.
