While America gears up for its next presidential election, a new candidate has officially entered the running. Actress and comedian Roseanne Barr has officially filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission to run for the Green Party nomination for the President of the United States of America. “Both the Democratic and Republican parties are bought and paid for by corporate America and cater to the needs of the highest bidder as opposed to the people they claim to represent,” she said in her Green Party Watch statement. The sitcom star realizes that she probably won’t actually be elected into the White House however, her main goal in running is to promote The Green Party’s message. “Hopefully I can be of service by speaking on media about a viable choice 4 voters,” she wrote on her Twitter page. “I’m just in it to support the greens and their fine american message.”

At least she’s speaking up for what she believes in. And she has a point. The deomcrats and the republicans are just puppets for that 1% of American elite.

When she speaks, I just hear fingernails on a chalk board. When she sings however, well, who can forget that….

And oh yeah, try and stay out of the sun, not good for the skin….

Thanks for bringing that up Brian. Who all remembers her painful rendition of the anthem? What a disgrace
