French gossip magazine Closer has published topless photos of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, and in response, the Royal Family is planning to sue. The blurry images were shot from a distance on a guesthouse terrace in France, where the couple was sunbathing while on vacation just a few weeks ago. A St. James Palace official said: "Their Royal Highnesses had every expectation of privacy in the remote house. It is unthinkable that anyone should take such photographs, let alone publish them," a St. James's Palace official in London said. The Royal Family is now planning to take legal action and it's believed they have clear grounds for an invasion of privacy case.

I think it was pretty disgraceful what happened to that girl. Is there no decency left?? The paps really suck on occasion.
She's married, with her husband, at a remote residence, and -barring that - going topless is common at French beaches. Give this woman a break.

It doesn't matter who you are. Everyone deserves to have private time without being invaded by people who's only purpose is to make money. Yes we need to make money but come on let's be decent about it.

Really the queen must be shocked and appauled that Kate was topless in the first place..I'm sure she never did that in her unsaggy hay day.
Whatever the royal family wins in the law suit is nothing compared to the $$$ the tabloid made from cracking that hard-hitting journalistic story.
But really, I'm sure there was some expecation of privacy, it must suck to second guess being in a room to get changed without thinking there is a camera on you...I'm sure this is creating some sort of paranoia among celebs.
Somehow me thinks you're no Channing Tatum yourself Zuh......and seeing as I enjoy a perfectly perfect body myself I will continue to look beyond you....
I don't blame then really. They deserve some privacy surely!
