Sandra Bullock and husband win case

Sandra Bullock will continue her role as stepmother to her husband’s (Jesse James) daughter. Porn star Janine Lindemulder, James’ ex-wife, lost full custody of her five-year-old daughter Sunny this week when her request was declined by a California court. James and Bullock have raised the little girl since January, while Lindemulder was serving six months in jail for tax evasion. Once released, Lindemulder claimed that Bullock prevented her from seeing Sunny because the actress couldn’t have children of her own. Bullock denied the claims. Now, Lindemulder can only visit her daughter during the day – the child will not spend nights with her. However, despite the objections of Bullock and James, Sunny will be spending Christmas Eve with her mother, reports Us magazine. ~Patricia Gougeon
