Star Wars: The Force AwakensLucasfilm, along with Gallery 1988 and HP Inc., joined forces this past weekend to bring you Art Awakens, a celebration of the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The Star Wars art exhibition, which featured original pieces from emerging contemporary artists, was presented at Gallery 1988 and is now available for auction on eBay for Charity

This auction will run from November 13 to 23, 2015 and select prints of the originals will be available for purchase until December 12.

The proceeds from this art exhibition will support UNICEF Kid Power which leaves kids with the power to save lives.

So far the artwork with the highest bid is the “A New Order” Original Star Wars Artwork by Bennett Slater, featuring Darth Vader, with 43 bids so far.

Prints for this piece are going for $100 each.

The portrait of new character Rey, as played by British actress Daisy Ridley, has had 19 bids so far and has been bid up to $870, not bad for a newcomer to the Star Wars universe.
