The spaghetti western Django Unchained, which stars Jamie Foxx as a rescued slave who tries to save his wife (Kerry Washington) from her captor (Leonardo DiCaprio), hung on to second place with $20.1 million and a 4.1 star rating. Not far behind was the critically-acclaimed film adaptation of the stage musical Les Misérables, in fourth with $16.1 million. It's a popular pick with Tribute.ca users, who gave it an impressive 4.7 stars. Rounding out the top five was Parental Guidance, starring veteran actors Billy Crystal and Bette Midler as grandparents with the task of babysitting their rowdy grandkids. The comedy earned $10.1 million and 4.4 stars.
