Tom Cruise almost hit by bus in London – watch video

Edge of Tomorrow star Tom Cruise, 52, is known for performing his own stunts in his films. He was most recently photographed hanging from the side of a moving Airbus A400M over the UK as Ethan Hunt in the upcoming franchise sequel Mission: Impossible 5. However, it seems he’s met his match. In London recently while filming Mission: Impossible 5 he experienced a close call with one of the city’s staples, a double decker bus. Tom was crossing the road and didn’t see the vehicle coming until the bus driver sounded the horn. Luckily, he jumped out of the way in time. He was almost half way across before that bus started moving. Seems buses there don’t have to worry about pedestrians. He should have just kept on his merry way, the bus would have had to stop, which is what it should have done – wait until pedestrians are across the same way other vehicles have to.
Whoa! Cool video! But yeah, the bus shouldn’t have started moving when someone was walking in front of it.
