kellan_lutzThough Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz was initially intimidated by the thought of wearing a pair of tight-fitting briefs in a series of steamy ads, he says he’s thrilled to be the new face of Calvin Klein underwear because it means he gets free boxers. “Who can afford to buy new underwear when you’re a starving actor?” he’s quoted as telling friends. Lutz, who previously modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch, also appears in a PETA ad with his dog Kola to promote pet adoption. He adopted Kola from an animal shelter three years ago. He told Doggie Aficionado magazine: “She looked me in the eyes, bowed and slowly and softly licked my open hand. As I pet this beautiful dog I realized how soft her multi-colored coat was, and felt her desperation for a real home. Our connection was so strong that it was like fate bringing us together. I knew she was the one. I hope I have given her some deserved happiness.”

There really is almost nothing better than wearing a brand-new, comfy pair of boxers. Seriously.

lol silver. i live in canada ontario. :P theres not many that are actually shallow around where i live. the only issues ive come across with ppl are : my one friend who thinks that homelessness is a choice (she is so dumb lol) and some people that cannot accept/deal with homosexuals. everyone else is basically brought up to treat everyone equally. i havent even run into racism except for online! (im caucasian, but ive known a lot of people that werent and none ever had a problem!)

Mandee, just because you haven’t really come into contact with many shallow people doesn’t mean there aren’t tons out here (I live in Vancouver). Yeah, Canada is better than America in this respect, but don’t make it sound like a dreamworld! Shallow, stupid, racist, etc. people abound here as well, especially since we get pretty much the same media as the US does.

i wasnt making it sound like a dream world, i know there are a lot of intolerant people out there, but not in the area that i live in. (due to privacy issues, im not saying more than i live in ontario). i havent met anyone thats shallow yet. ive been alive for 25 years, im sure if there were a ton of them in my area, i would have met some by now!

I’m also from Ontario, southern part, and it must be nice to live in little towns. Cuz that’s the only way I can see that you haven’t met shallow or racist people here. I’m not saying we’re overrun, but it SO exists here. Been subjected to it for most of my life. :(

sorry to hear meggie. and i dont live in a little town, i live in a at least medium size city.
