Ugly Betty canceled

The Golden-Globe winning comedy Ugly Betty has been canceled after four seasons, ABC announced yesterday. “We’ve mutually come to the difficult decision to make this Ugly Betty’s final season, and are announcing now as we want to allow the show ample time to write a satisfying conclusion,” executive producer Silvio Horta and ABC president Steve McPherson said in a joint statement. “We are extremely proud of this groundbreaking series, and felt it was important to give the fans a proper farewell.” The show made a star of lead actress America Ferrera, who won an Emmy for her work in the title role. She’ll next appear in Fox Searchlight’s feature film Our Family Wedding, which opens in theaters on March 12th.

i am gonna miss ugly betty if this is really the series finale but i have a perfect suggestion why don’t you guys the writer producers and director write that betty and daniel meade should end up together i will miss ugly betty anyway good luck on the series finale i’ll just have to wait and see.
now all that needs to be cancelled is, dancing with the stars, american idol, the bachelor/bachelorette, everything on mtv, anything with paris hilton. lets get more good shows like 24, csi, ncis(amazing show by the way), heroes, lost, dextor etc… you know shows that have good writing and some kind of effort put into them. if you don’t agree with what i say, i dont care, dont comment on my post. by the way biggest loser is actually good show, even though there is obvious product placement scattered throught the show, save it for the commercials

Sorry to hear it’s been cancelled. I guess their demise was caused by not enough people being shot,tortured, bad language and pictorial sex! It was entertaining. I also enjoy CSI, 24, Bones, The Mentalist etc. but alas was also a fan of Betty, may she R.I.P. The worst show possibly has to be The Bachelor how can these females and males subject themselves to such stupidity and look at the fans of this idiotic program Go Figure. It reminds me of the kids games where you pick sides and they stand there shouting PICK ME! PICK ME! YUCKKKKKKKK
I still miss Invasion; and you didn’t even get to see the end of that one. (Gusty sigh)

I love ….the show , yeah I will like ugly betty to end with daniel, pleas don’t cancel the show. I honesty you guys should cancel dancing with starts, american idol, the samething over over again. We need good shows or kids shows for the kids. Thank you , please don’t cancel. Thank you
