Add one more addition to the canceled-tv-show-turned-big-budget-movie list. The former CW series, Veronica Mars, is currently in talks to turn the cult favorite into a feature film. The show’s star, Kristen Bell, met with VM’s creator, Rob Thomas, to discuss the possible revival, reports Entertainment Weekly. “Kristen and I ran into each other, and we did discuss a ‘Veronica’ movie,” Thomas told the mag. But Bell, currently working on the third season of Heroes, is trying not to get her hopes up. “[Fans] still ask me all the time if the show’s coming back. Emotionally, I don’t want to think about Veronica Mars every day because it really does make me sad,” she said. As for the film venture? “We’ll see,” she said.

Loved the show. Wouldn’t a movie just feel like a longer version of an episode? I’d rather the show return.
