Viggo Mortensen, who most famously played Aragorn in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, frightened fellow passengers at Dulles International Airport in Washington D.C. last Sunday when he started screaming. Having grown up in Argentina, Mortensen is an avid fan of the San Lorenzo soccer team, but he got a little too excited while watching a pivotal game on his laptop. When a player named Pipi scored a goal, his reaction attracted the attention of airport security, who dragged him away for questioning. Mortensen later described the incident, writing on the San Lorenzo website: "I screamed GOAAAAAAL with all my soul, and started jumping around the place like a frightened deer among the passengers and their suitcases," he wrote. "People can't understand why am I screaming ''PIPI!' over and over again, and whether it's because I've pissed myself or maybe I got hurt someway." He further explained, "In the last extra 4 minutes added by the referee, two police men grab me and take me away from the computer, saying 'Sir, what is WRONG with you???' The cops ask for my passport and boarding pass, they ask me lots of questions. I tell them that it's OK, that I'm sorry, that I'm watching a soccer match and my team has just scored a very important goal and the match is about to end." Security threatened to throw Mortensen out of the airport, but after he apologized and promised to retain his composure, he was released with no further incident. ~Stacy Raivich

Lmfao!!!! Wow that's funny! I love it lol. The most funny part is how serious those stupid sexual predators are who sexually abuse old men/woman and who can't wait to put their hands down baby's pampers looking for a bomb are, how they ran over and didn't know how to handle a guy having fun watching a soccer game let a lone a well known celeb. These TSA guys and airport cops probably got confused because it wasn't laid out for them like the well planned 911 "Sacrifice" or their staged underwear bomber. They git all confused like "Oh no there's a guy hear screaming out of joy lets detain him" losers Plus all that radiation from those naked body scanners probably confused them even more. I'm surprised Viggo wasn't man handled and asked to strip down in a private room. I'm surprised his laptop wasn't taken apart. Whew you were kinda lucky there Viggo especially there in Washington DC the central playing field of the "Free Masons". I tell you everything that's going on at these airports is a major Joke these days. How can we trust these idiots to do something good when all they do day in and day out is bad?

only in America... where the cops are heavy handed..pardon me that's happening all over the world these days. granted he probably surprised the people nearby, but hey! that's what fans do whether sports, movies, music whatever..they shriek, they yell, they cheer. couldn't the damned police just take a look at the computer to see why he was so excited and accept the explanation.. Heavens No they have to hammer down their own self importance. and if anyone was asking 'pay more attention to me' it was the over reacting cops.
Why did they have to roust him for crying out loud. Geeze, if they had taken the time to find out what was going on and ask him to pipe down, as he did, it would not have been so much drama. The Homeland Security mindset of the Yanks is a bit much...
