Jennifer Lawrence insists she does wash hands after bathroom joke backfired

Jennifer Lawrence has insisted she does wash her hands when using the toilet.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 star, who left the world stunned when she shared her lack of personal hygiene, has been forced to set the record straight about how she abolishes the germs after relieving herself.
Taking to her Facebook account, the 25-year-old beauty poked fun at herself by posting a video of her flushing the chain and dousing her hands with water in her hotel room.
She accompanied the hilarious clip with the caption: ”Of course I wash my hands after going to the bathroom! (I can’t believe I’ve put myself in a situation where I even have to say that.) Anyway with all the rumors I’ve ever heard about myself this is the one I really had to put to rest.”
The blonde actress hit the headlines a few weeks ago when she shared her bathroom habits during a Q&A with her co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson.
She said at the time: ”I don’t wash my hands after I go to the bathroom.”
Liam, 25, added with a shudder: ”And then she likes to put her hands over your face.”
