Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s directorial debut at Sundance

By Tribute on January 21, 2013 | 2 Comments

The Sundance Film Festival saw many familiar faces this past weekend. One was actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who attended for his sixth time. However, this time he wasn’t just an actor. The 31-year-old star made his directorial debut at the premiere for his new movie, Don Jon’s Addiction. Joseph plays the main character in the film, which also stars Scarlett Johansson and Julianne Moore. “The story centers on a relationship between a boy and a girl, and the boy watches too much pornography, and the girl watches too many romantic Hollywood movies, and they’re both sort of objectifying each other,” Joseph explained. He’ll be at Sundance all week and will be hosting the festival’s awards ceremony on January 26th.
