Katie Holmes dating jazz musician

Katie Holmes is reportedly dating a jazz musician. The 34-year-old actress - who has been single since her marriage to Tom Cruise ended nine months ago - has been on a string of dates with Peter Cincotti, 29, though have been arriving and leaving venues separately to avoid raising suspicion. A source said: "It's early days but Katie and Peter have been on quite a few dates. They met up two weeks ago at the New York Observer's 25th anniversary party. They have a lot in common - he's a total stage buff." The couple have known each other for a few years but only started dating recently, though the singer-and-pianist has already been given the seal of approval by the former Dawson's Creek star's friends. The source added to Grazia magazine: "They have only been seeing each other a few weeks but he's incredibly charming, the type to buy her flowers and treat her like a lady. Katie's had a few dates but nothing came of them. But her friends are happy she is seeing Peter, they think he could be a good fit."

   I’m on Team Tom. I don’t care what she does, other than that she should concentrate on raising her kid and not her love life, now that she made sure her kid comes from a broken home and has to fly overseas whenever she wants to see her father.
