Khloe Kardashian sells home to Kaley Cuoco

Khloe Kardashian has sold her former marital home to newlywed Kaley Cuoco. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who filed for divorce from her husband of four years, Lamar Odom, in December following allegations he had a drug problem and cheated on her multiple times, has offloaded their sprawling property in Tarzana, California for $5.49 million. A source told gossip website TMZ.com that Khloe is now looking for a new home in the secluded Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles. Khloe and her estranged husband originally listed the 8,000 square-foot house for $4 million but The Big Bang Theory actress and her new husband, Ryan Sweeting, were forced to significantly raise their offer to secure the coveted property, which is located within one of the area's most exclusive gated communities. Hopefully their marriage will be a happier one.
