Lindsay Lohan court case delayed

By Tribute News on January 7, 2013 | 4 Comments

Lindsay Lohan Lindsay Lohan, 26, who has been partying in London in recent weeks - failed to appear in court in New York yesterday. The hearing was to find out whether prosecutors plan to pursue misdemeanor assault charges against her in connection with a fight at a Manhattan nightclub last November. But Lohan's lawyer Mark Heller told reporters: "It may very well be this case does not move forward...ironically a psychic fortune teller has predicted the year 2013 will be an extremely lucky year for Lindsay Lohan," after prosecutors delayed proceedings and the Manhattan District Attorney's Office ruled that the investigation will continue. Lindsay was accused of punching fortune teller Tiffany Mitchell at the Avenue Lounge in the early hours on November 29 in an apparent argument over The Wanted hunk Max George. According to Usmagazine.com, her lawyer said the defense team has drawn up some "very credible evidence and testimony" that would weaken Mitchell's case, including a statement from a witness that Lindsay "did absolutely nothing wrong [and] had made no contact with the alleged victim." Lohan will not be required to appear in court for the assault case until formal papers have been filed but she is due back in the courtroom for a probation violation hearing next Tuesday after her probation was revoked last month because she allegedly lied to police about being the driver of her car when it crashed in June.

Has she had a facelift? She looks weird.

I think she is unfortunately, going to be going down the same
path as Anna Nicole Smith. She used to be such a talented actress at one time. The Reality is this actress has had so much
fame and fortune at such a young age (as many have), and I am sure there was so much alcohol and drugs around her all the time, and the people she was surrounded with just gave her whatever she wanted. Hopefully her younger sister does not follow in her steps.

The whole family is trash. Between her dad and her, they are paying a lot in lawyer fees and the state is paying a lot in police and court fees thanks to the Lohan family.

I think the news of Lindsay punishing the fortune teller is a lie because they don’t have any proof like a photo or a lie dedicator.
