Memorial planned for Cory Monteith

A memorial for Cory Monteith will take place in Los Angeles today.
The 31-year-old Glee actor died from a combination of alcohol and heroin in a hotel room in Vancouver last weekend and although his body was cremated earlier this week, his friends are putting together a memorial at his home in LA, where they can pay tribute to him. A source told In Touch magazine: "It's at his house. The invite was informal - just a Facebook message telling us to come to the house at night. Everyone is going to tell funny stories and bring photos."
Meanwhile, Cory's co-star Jane Lynch paid tribute to the late actor for his enthusiasm for life. Talking on the The Tonight Show With Jay Leno she said: "I always admired how he would get up ... you know, he would fly to Mexico, he'd throw parties for his friends. I don't think he left one day unlived. He was a real bright light in our family and we've lost a really great guy."

I don’t admire that he flew all over and threw parties for his friends – isn’t that what got him killed? And if he had “enthusiasm for life” as she says, why didn’t he stop taking drugs so he could actually live his whole life with full mental capacity and not just a small portion of it completely wasted?
No wonder people in Hollywood are so screwed up. Their friends and co-workers admire them for stupid things like they threw parties. Woo-hoo. He overdosed after partying with his friends… Duh. Jane, are you a retard?
We never knew Cory, we knew the parts he wanted to show the media.
And drugs are lethal, he’s been doing drugs since around nineteen.
Is it Cory`s fault that he died?? or course
but we should not be stating the obvious that he should of quite. If drugs were that easy to quite then no one would relapse and there would be no rehabs.
So people should quite talking and acting like they knew Cory.
