Who should win: Kevin Hart — he joined forces with Dwayne in Central Intelligence (and in our opinion, was the funnier of the two actors), but he also starred in Ride Along 2, lent his voice to the show-stopping Snowball in The Secret Life of Pets, and shone in the documentary Kevin Hart: What Now? Hands down, he elicited the most laughs of 2016.
