Rosario Dawson splits from Danny Boyle

Rosario Dawson Rosario Dawson and Danny Boyle have split up. The 33-year-old Sin City actress - who was recently said to be "deeply in love" with the Oscar-winning Slumdog Millionaire director - recently ended their "unlikely" romance. A friend close to the 56-year-old British moviemaker told the Sunday Telegraph: "It's all over. It's very sad, but they always were an unlikely couple, in many ways." The couple got together after Danny cast the American beauty in his film Trance last year. Despite their 23-year age gap, the former couple were a great match according to friends and had a lot in common. An insider previously explained: "She's not your typical selfish Hollywood actress. She grew up in a New York squat and Danny's dad was a laborer. Politically, they are on the same page and I guess it doesn't hurt that Danny thinks Rosario is very sexy." Rosario previously dated Sex and the City heartthrob Jason Lewis. Danny is known as an intensely private man where his personal life is concerned. He has three children with ex-girlfriend Gail Stevens, who often works as a casting director on his films.

I didn’t know they were dating. 23 years is a huge age gap, can’t he find someone his own age?

Sad to hear. But a hot woman like Rosario Dawson will have no trouble looking for love in the future. She has many movies that are in post-production this year so she can at least focus on those for a while.

No Janice, they were all out of 56 year old women that he clicked with on an emotional level. Startling, isn’t it, what people will stoop to these days. People look for connections, not age brackets. Your narrow-mindedness is embarrassing.
