Ted writer/star and Oscar host Seth MacFarlane, along with his co-writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild have landed a new live-action TV series on the Fox network. The sitcom, entitled Dads, is about two successful guys in their 30s whose lives become a nightmare when their respective fathers suddenly move in with them. The series has been greenlit for six episodes without even having filmed a pilot. Seth also created the extremely successful animated Fox TV series Family Guy, which is currently in its 11th season. All three will executive produce the new show, while Sulkin and Wild will also write for it. You can see Seth host this year’s Academy Awards, which will be televised live on Sunday, February 24, 2013 from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Although this year’s Academy Awards may seem pretty predictable, you can never count out surprises. We’ve compiled a list of who will win and who should win.
Can’t wait to see it!
Ummmm…Bill Shatner? S**t My Dad Says? Ring a Bell? Lasted ONE season?
Fox’s golden boy. I think He’s exceptionally talented as an actor/comedian/ and a sick bastard lol.
That’s awesome. I can’t wait to see it.
Great singer. Puerile, bad little boy snickering toilet-mouth “humor” pandering to the shock-value crowd. Keeps upping that particular ante, keeps falling in taste, credibility and any respect one might have had for him. Ugh.
Exciting! I’d like to see what this brings to the table.
It kind of reminds me of Sh*t My Dad says, except in that the character moved in with his dad, not vic versa. Either way I think this will be a great, i’d watch it for sure!
Sounds like a winner! Really looking forward to it.
