No ifs or ands, but lots of butt
It seems Spider-Man star Kirsten Dunst is not too thrilled about some of the special effects in the blockbuster summer movie. While she was happy to be part of the hair-raising action scenes with Spidey, she says the safety precautions needed to do the filming were sometimes "unflattering". She says, "They put me in this big harness. It was really unflattering to my figure. I now see shots where I'm like, 'Ew, I look so awful. I know it's all this padding on my butt!" The film editing team did its best to restore her sexy figure, but Kirsten says it didn't really work.

Better brace yourself...
Movie star Nicolas Cage is following in the footsteps (or is that tooth marks?) of Tom Cruise. Cage is getting a mouthful of braces. The actor, who is said to be dating Lisa Marie Presley again, has been waiting for a break in film projects to get his teeth fixed. "I am in between movies right now and I want to get my teeth straightened out. But I will have to take the braces off before I start my next film." Cruise has been sporting a full set of braces too for the past few months.

A ride on the wild side
Actor Woody Harrelson obviously couldn't hack his ride in a London taxi. The star of Cheers and movies such as Natural Born Killers was arrested after a bizarre taxi chase through the streets in the wee hours of the morning. Woody hailed a cab in Picadilly, before allegedly breaking an ashtray and the door lock and then jumping into another cab. The driver of the first taxi told British tabloid The Sun that a chase through the streets London ensued." I stayed hot on the tail of the other taxi and knew the police were on their way," said cabbie Les Dartnell. When officers intercepted the cab near Sloane Square, in west London, Woody allegedly jumped out and fled on foot. "Police chased him and arrested him," said a source. Woody was taken to a central London Bobby station, paid bail, and told to return on July 1. Scotland Yard said a report would be sent to the prosecutor to decide whether he would stand trial.
