TIM HILL
Before getting his chance to direct a feature length motion picture, Hill
spent years working as a writer, story editor and producer, and directed a
number of small projects for Nickelodeon, Disney, and Comedy Central to name
a few.
Earlier projects with these companies for the small screen included
Rock-A-Big-Baby, Rocko's Modern Life, Song Bob Square Pants,
the stop-motion series Action League Now! (which he also wrote, directed
and produced) for a year, and the comedy series Exit 57.
In 1999, Hill took the leap into feature film work and directed Muppets From Space (1999) which fared well with the critics and at the box office. He
followed up the success of Muppets with Max Keeble's Big Move (2001) and Garfield's A Tale of Two Kitties (2006).
The nephew of famed director George Roy Hill, Tim is married to actress Veronica Alicino.
