CHINA CHOW
Date of Birth: April 1974
Born in London, England to a model/designer mother and a restaurateur father, Chow graduated
from Scripps College with a psychology degree.
Discovered by Roger Museenden, she spent several years as a model posing for Shiseido
cosmetics, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. In 1996, she was named one of Harper's
Bazaar's It Girls and was placed on Vogue magazine's "The Next Best-Dresser List" in
December of that same year.
Her acting debut was in 1998's The Big Hit, co-starring Mark Wahlberg, whom she is
rumored to be dating. She followed up this film with Head Over Heels (2001), a
romantic comedy in which things aren't always what they appear to be. She currently
divides her time between New York City and Los Angeles.
